The B Young Otari Dress in True Navy is a knee length jumper dress.  It has slight ribbed detailing around the neckline, hemline and the cuffs.  The Otari jumper dress comes with a belt made in the same fabric as the dress with a gold fastening (the belt is detachable). The dress also comes with belt loops attached.
